RegimeMeter provides technical analysis and market context information based on publicly available cryptocurrency price data. The Service uses indicators (ADX, EMA) to detect market regimes (Bull Trend, Bear Trend, Mean Reversion, Chop) across multiple timeframes.

3. Not Financial Advice

RegimeMeter does NOT provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All information is for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. We are not registered financial advisors and do not offer personalized investment recommendations.

4. Risk Disclosure

5. Subscription and Payment

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via crypto payment (NOWPayments). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. No refunds for partial months.

6. Data Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free data. Data is sourced from Binance OHLCV candles. Technical issues, API failures, or data delays may occur. We are not liable for trading losses resulting from data inaccuracies or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

RegimeMeter and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

We collect: email address (for authentication), Telegram chat ID (for alerts, optional), payment data (processed by NOWPayments, not stored by us), and anonymized usage analytics.
